Job Requirements
  • B.Sc. in Computer , Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science
  • 2 / 3 year IT experience
  • At least 1 year experience in same field Problem Management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
  • Experience in ITIL Management in general
  • Very good knowledge of ITIL Problem Management
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Excellence mindset striving to exceed expectations.
  • Time Management skills
  • Must be able to overcome obstacles, using a clear methodical approach.
  • Must be able to negotiate solutions.
  • Capability to understand complex IT environments
