Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute on digital marketing plans that support company’s integrated marketing campaigns
  • Create, coordinate and plan digital marketing budget
  • Lead company’s online paid media advertising efforts across different advertising platforms, including Google Adwords, Yahoo-Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter (and more) to meet ROI and cost-to-acquire requirements
  • Provide guidance throughout the digital customer experience
  • Collaborate on company’s social media strategy and processes, including content publishing, & campaigns
  • Manage content production in multiple formats (articles, web pages, info graphics, video) across company’s online web site and digital assets
  • Report on success, improvements, tests and optimization through agreed upon metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Communications teams on marketing and brand campaign initiatives
  • Continually explore new digital and innovation developments to find ways to more effectively communicate and meet business objectives
  • Commitment to personal development, sharing best practices, and building competencies across team
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Track, measure and report on our cross-functional initiatives via online analytics

Reporting Requirements

  • Weekly Executive Summary presented & submitted to the Direct Report Individual (DRI) and reviewed on Thursday afternoons for the previous week. This summary is to include the past week business accomplishments, future weeks’ goals and longer-term objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Expert in digital strategies including implementation, management, analysis and optimization in order to drive qualified leads to the Sales team
  • Advanced knowledge of Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Web Analytics
  • Ability to use testing methodologies in order to optimize digital campaigns
  • Prior experience implementing successful digital marketing strategies, programs and tactics with proven results for B2B.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and the ability to implement them
  • Established record of delivering effective strategies resulting in increased traffic and conversion
  • Present new and creative growth strategies
  • Ability to quickly understand, isolate and resolve issues
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic culture

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 4+ years digital marketing experience
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Proven record of success in managing digital marketing channels including: Online advertising, Paid search, Search engine optimization
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Solid experience with social media
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in managing web solutions including measurement setup, reports and dashboards (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Webmaster Tools)
  • Familiarity with content management systems and QA for websites
