Job Description
- To manage Exhibition files ensuring that internal processes are fully adhered to and on pre-agreed time lines
- To liaise with clients, internal company’s resources and suppliers as directed, professionally, efficiently and on time.
- To manage event Exhibitions mailings, sourcing the collateral and coordinating the fulfillment
- To assist the International Project Manager in the implementation an overall sales and marketing plan for designated exhibitions including intensive telesales activities
- To continually update International Project Manager through progress reports on the status of each task.
- To contribute towards the development of exhibitor and visitor database relevant to assigned exhibitions
- Attend supplier presentations to enhance product knowledge.
