Job Description

  • Extract and process source data from different systems.
  • Ensure the quality of acquired data, and generate information delivered in different reporting formats including Excel and Access reports.
  • Timely and accurately generate and distribute daily and weekly performance dashboards, periodic data analysis to identify root cause and other reports as requested.
  • Post and update reports and documents on Microsoft SharePoint site, administer user access rights, facilitate report users in accessing and locating information on the sites.
    Create and Maintain Access databases as requested.
  • Responsibilities includes Forecasting, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Reporting/MIS
  • Identify client needs and link to process improvements
  • Build statistical models or adapt existing ones to meet requirements of the organization
  • Maintain high Stakeholder and Employee Satisfaction
  • Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects in the team
  • Adhere to all internal processes and controls
  • Collaborate across multiple teams from Delivery and Support functions
  • Optimize use of tools/technology and workforce management techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness of supported accounts
  • Provide recommendations to the Management on potential issues and solutions
  • Deliver ad-hoc requests within agreed time lines
  • Perform periodic reviews (weekly/forthrightly) reviews on all deliverables with all stake holders/ Operations Teams
  • Ensure that the used application is setup accurately and up-to-date with data
  • Contribute positively to improve the overall financial and operational numbers of SDD
  • Share & implement best practices to optimize productivity
  • Adhere to all quality and processes of the team
  • Ensure self-availability, ownership & timely coordination in all activities
  • Ensure all deliverables are released within timelines
  • Maintain cordial relationships with all throughout the organization
  • Ensure regular engagement with Operations and Support Teams and build a strong network
  • All other tasks as directed by the Reporting Manager

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of MS Excel and advanced excel functions is a MUST
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate cross functional interaction
  • Conceptual knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) and outsourcing metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good English Language
  • Years of experience: 3-5
  • Males Only
