About the Job
We are looking for a bright Technical Support Engineer to provide field technical support to our digital textile printing customers, mainly by on-site visits, or through other methods if necessary, such as; face to face, phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.
- Installing machines (large format printers, heat presses...etc) and perform maintenance and service.
- Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through supplying services before and after the sale and giving technical advice and carry out inspection, installation, training and maintenance and repair efficiently and effectively.
- Able to convince the customer and make in direct marking activities.
