Job Description

  • Assist in setting appointments, organizing Agenda.
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible.
  • Prepare memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitor compliance.
  • Assist my supervisor in collecting reports, gathering departmental information, aiding in compiling data to produce reports.
  • Assist in follow-up with different departments regarding workflow and business process related matters.

Job Requirements

  • At least 0-2 experience with a relevant experience
  • Excellent in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel & Outlook) 
  • Very good in English Language
