Realtors Now in Egypt and We Are Hiring Real Estate Sales Manager if you are a highly qualified Real Estate Sales/Sales manager and you see that you are ready to take your Career to Next Level
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings
- Assign floor duty and open houses
- Arrange new listing tours for salespeople
- Keep records of sales associates' productivity
- Work with salespeople to improve performance and terminate unsatisfactory performers
- Interview and hire new sales associates
- Develop company-wide marketing and oversee advertising placement and budget
- Resolve disputes among salespeople
- Report on sales activities to top management
Job Requirements
- Real Estate Brokerage experience is preferable but not a Must
- 4+ Years of experience
