Job Description
- Generate inventory of properties that are competitive with variety of client to be compatible with buyer finance
- Working as a consultant for both buyer & seller by advice client on market condition and market investment.
- Sign contract with client for the finance percentage
- Answer client questions according to business need.
- Making weekly farming on best properties and put it on advertising
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate time
- Working closely with Admin to put date inventory on websites
Send weekly report to Sales Director with the statues of all clients - Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
