Job Description

  • Follow up on the employees tasks and performance (calls details – sales reports – SLA- quality)
  • Making sure of the information delivered to the customer
  • Following up and supporting the team members
  • Produce different report
  • Communicates sales target to the team members
  • Answers team member questions and helps with their problems

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).
  • Very good communication skills.
  • 2-3 years Experience as a team leader in a call center is a MUST.
  • Experience in the tourism field is a plus.
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts (24/7)
