Job Description

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules,appointments and travel arrangements
  • Answer and manage incoming calls.
  • Prepare reports ,memos , letters and other documents.
  • Make and follow up the CEO Expenses.
  • Interact with incoming visitor(Client - consultants) besides handling their expenses.
  • Full responsibility for filling system.
  • Delegated in some routine inquiries such as (attending management meetings and conduct minutes of meetings).
  • Managing and following urgent requirements such as (urgent PO,Expenses and signatures)
  • Assisting the IT department to update company's website. 
  • Translation.

Job Requirements

  • English language fluency.
  • Possess knowledge in MS office package.
  • University degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Communication skills
  • Information gathering and information monitoring skills.
  • Initiative.
  • Confidentiality.
