Principal Accountabilities
- Achieve revenue plan
- Penetrating new market areas in order to reach to the maximum numbers of clients (new –old)
- Developing and implementing a longer term strategy to ensure Docuserv will retain customer accounts and continue to obtain future business..
- Submit an accurate outlook
- Keep high levels of customer satisfaction through customer care visits and quick response to customer queries and complains.
- Using daily planners effectively to capture all field activities.
- Carry out a regular self-assessment, self-development and enhance personal skills and product knowledge.
Job Requirements
Background Experience / Qualifications :
- IT background (hardware – software)
- Must be highly strategic, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver professional documents and presentations to all levels.
- Good English language.
