Job Description
- Elaborate a daily functional report through the maintenance checklist
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance programs on installations, machinery and equipment to avoid expenses and maintain personnel safety
- Verify the work material needs and make purchase orders through the system.
- Train personnel in maintenance in regards to technical operative conditions of machines, equipment and systems installed within the Park
- Supervise remodeling and maintenance tasks elaborated by external suppliers
- Perform minor repairs
- Evaluate repetitive operation equipment problems to the end of solving or replacing them
- Safeguard and use the work tools assigned correctly
- Oversee the Maintenance Staff activitie
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Maintenance Engineer
- Must Have experience in Hotel and Resorts
- Knowledge of technical repairs
- Sense of urgency
- Teamwork approach
- Attention to and detail follow up
- Problem solving skills
