Job Description
- Collaborate with project management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Execute all visual design stages
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Job Requirements
- Creative web and Mobile design
- Good understanding of UI/UX concepts
- Experience in designing and iterating on web apps
- Quantitative and user behavior analysis skills
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap or equivalent framework
- Passion for creating experiences in online environments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
