Job Description
- Establish and implement service and maintenance centers for POS maintenance and other hardware devices.
- Facilitate authorized service and maintenance centers across all governments
- Coordinate with related departments regarding tables and other hardware usage.
- Provide training and ongoing support for the technical support team in all governments.
- Automation of all related technical support activities in all governments.
