Job Description

  • Establish and implement service and maintenance centers for POS maintenance and other hardware devices. 
  • Facilitate authorized service and maintenance centers across all governments
  • Coordinate with related departments regarding tables and other hardware usage.
  • Provide training and ongoing support for the technical support team in all governments.
  • Automation of all related technical support activities in all governments.

Job Requirements

  • High Communication skills

  • Leadership skills

  • IT Background especially in Network

  • Good working experience in ( Maintenance of Routers/Servers, IP phones, tablets)
  • Ability to manage teams remotely
  • Fluent in English and Ideally Arabic
