Job Summary:
- Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all translation projects. You will be responsible for handling projects for our clients in USA.
Main Responsibilities:
- The management of multiple, localization projects in a fast‐paced environment.
- Monitoring and controlling projects status.
- Supervising and assigning tasks to the production crew to settle the cycle of work and to get the job done.
- Receiving feedback from clients and internal crew concerning queries and take the proper action to solve the query in an appropriate way.
- Negotiating with vendors.
- Managing project finances, including budgeting.
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
- Compliance with relevant and applicable procedures.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- University Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment.
- Ability to work in the US time zone.
- Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‐paced environment.
- Highly‐developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
