Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all translation projects. You will be responsible for handling projects for our clients in USA.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The management of multiple, localization projects in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Monitoring and controlling projects status.
  • Supervising and assigning tasks to the production crew to settle the cycle of work and to get the job done.
  • Receiving feedback from clients and internal crew concerning queries and take the proper action to solve the query in an appropriate way.
  • Negotiating with vendors.
  • Managing project finances, including budgeting.
  • Preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Compliance with relevant and applicable procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • University Degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment.
  • Ability to work in the US time zone.
  • Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Highly‐developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
