Job Description
- Managing and mentoring Quality Engineers.
- Designing and implementing test automation.
- Reviewing the requirements and designing and developing the test plan & test cases.
- Test planning and identifying test cases risk and priority.
- Responsible for quality audit reviews and project conformance.
- Creating project measurements and analyzing them.
- Working with the development team to deliver the expected system on time and on budget.
- Working with the management team on developing policies to maintain and improve software quality.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalents
- Experience with the software development life cycle.
- Extensive testing experience
- Some management or mentoring experience
- Adequate development experience for writing automated test cases.
- Professional Documentation and Communication Skills.
- Working Experience with BizTalk, .NET, SharePoint or FIM Knowledge of more than one of these technologies would be a plus
