Job Description
- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment ,and other telecommunications technologies.
- Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling.
- Keeps equipment operational by following and making the daily report.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Contact businesses by telephone and provide them with the best service
- Explain services and arrange a meetings with clients, and answer questions from them on the spot.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and enter all data and their orders into computers.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Obtain names and telephone directories to help make the decisions.
- Answer and follow up telephone calls from potential customers who have been meeting by sales person
- Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
Job Requirements
- Creative marketing skills & ability to think out of the box.
- Monitor and report on telemarketing activity.
- Generate appointments for the business
- Ensure all lead generation activities are tracked on the database.
- Follow up campaigns such as mailings and phones.
- Allocate timely manner with the sales people, clients and ensure follow up.
- Relevant Experience (in years): 2-3years
- Must have a very good English.
- Must be a hard worker.
