Job Description
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a business related subject (Preferred BSc of Commerce).
- 5 to 7 years of experience includes minimum 3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in a Health Care Organization, Pharmaceutical Company or a Medical Equipment Organization is a must.
- English language proficiency.
- High competency level in MS package.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience in staff development.
