Job Description
- We are looking for Tech Leads who wants to push limits of product innovation using the latest advancements in cutting edge technologies, however deliver production quality systems; working closely with stockholders, designers and other cross-functional team members.
- In this position you will be responsible for planning and managing team resources including leading, coaching and mentoring team members to ensure the delivery of custom software solutions that support the business both in Middle east, Africa and USA.
- Coders who take on the challenge of working with a sense of urgency and can rapidly iterate on product/platform features. Not forgetting a sense of humor and desire to continuously learn.
- The role is highly technical, and will involve a great deal of learning from the outset. There are opportunity for promotions to more managerial levels as the team grows with the business.
- Ensure that all implemented systems are of high quality meeting any required standards or regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring systems are adequately transitioned over to operational personnel and have an appropriate level of adoption.
- Creating value to the organization by driving innovation and efficiency through technology.
- Building a highly capable, knowledgeable and dedicated team which is able to develop systems in a cost effective manner.
- Championing and implementing practices and methodologies that supports a Minimum Viable Product development culture.
- High degrees of customer satisfaction through expert user adoption.
