Job Description

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products to customer
  • Responsible for business growth for current customers
  • Responsible to acquire and generate new customers.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Demonstrates products (or services ) to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited for their needs.
  • Determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
  • Coordinates sales efforts with management, accounting and technical services.
  • Analyzes the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competition activities and potential for new products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Aptitude for problem solving.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
