Job Description
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products to customer
- Responsible for business growth for current customers
- Responsible to acquire and generate new customers.
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Demonstrates products (or services ) to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited for their needs.
- Determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
- Coordinates sales efforts with management, accounting and technical services.
- Analyzes the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competition activities and potential for new products and services.
