Job Description
Tour operator
- Preparing detailed itineraries upon bookings to ensure accuracy of reservations and provided confirmation to clients.
- Hotels reservation and follow up on a daily basis.
- Complete travel arrangements for clients with hotel, cruise and ground transportation vendors.
- Make professionally, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing excellent customer service.
- Answer phones professionally, courteously and promptly.
- To follow up all clients requests related to their hotel accommodation booking.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
- Excellent computer and typing skills (Excel and Word proficiency desired).
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills required
