Job Description
- Monitor and guide towards the Company’s goals and objectives.
- Achieve company’s targets and coordinate between the sales agents, and be aware of their daily schedule/agenda.
- Handling inquires and complaints of clients towards the sales agents.
- Following up with the developers’ representatives regarding any updates or modifications concerning the projects.
- Looking for cooperation opportunities with other real estate companies. - Attending any important meetings/events and report to G. Manager.
- Following the management strategy and instructions.
- Following up with the sales agents for achieving the target.
- Supervising the farming process and assuring that it is covering all the market’s needs.
- Supervising the marketing process for all the properties under the company’s management.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 8 years of experience in Real Estate field.
- Smart, Confident and with dynamic personality.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
