Send Daily Report to Marketing Team that contains: The List of Follow-up Calls & The Summary which means The Total of Each Status. In addition, The Registration List & how many are The Registrations from how many The Accounts/Companies.
Do Profiling Calls to get Missing Data.
Do Verification Calls to update our Clients’ Database for their Upcoming Events.
Create an Excel Sheet that contains the attendees’ personal details like their names, their job titles and their companies’ name, etc.…. & put those details in IMT Sheet,Extract Feedback Forms inside Excel Sheets, pay attention to type quickly & accurately without grammatical mistakes, without abbreviations & pay attention to every single detail,Create a Post-Analysis Report than contains Title of the Event, Country, Date, Total of Attendees / Accounts & Charts.
