Job Description
- Announce approved policies and procedures and transmitted to his subordinates permanently and clear, and present recommendations to his superiors, according to business requirements.
- Review the monthly production planning with production department and production manager to identify manufacturing processes size and divided into weekly plans to facilitate the production process. "Month" to distribute tasks on workshops productive day taking into account the priorities of customer requests and ensure the proper functioning of the Porsche section and the commitment of each individual duties and responsibilities to adjust the production process.
- Identify workshops need of raw materials monthly to identify the deficit and prevent production plan disabling and adopt a monthly disbursement of raw materials from the warehouse to the required manufacturing processes and propose alternative raw materials.
- Overseeing employees’ performance on daily bases to assess their performance and determine annually the qualifications and training requirements necessary to raise the technical performance and improve efficiency level.
- To be committed to the monthly production plan without any deviations.
- Participate in sector top level meetings to follow up the processes within the business unit and to identify production and sales volume.
- Set vision based on work volume and labor participation size to production manager.
- Approve production volume for production workers and deliver it to the payroll department.
- Prepare required data and reports for higher level.
- Oversees the manufacturing of frames specifications based on customer tastes and the desire.
- Obligated by health and safety roles.
Job Requirements
- Experience: At least from 2 years experience as production engineer or production section head
- preferred who has previous experience in metal production operation
- Gender: Male
- Education: Mechanical engineering, Production, Industrial
- Cairo, Ain shams or Alexandria university
Qualifications:
- Good in English
- Very good at using MS office and computer applications
