- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them.
- Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
- Meet clients and determine type of property needed.
- Supporting clients into choosing the suitable units.
- Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
- Handle all customers to maximize company sales.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

- تقديم المشورة للعملاء بشأن ظروف السوق، والأسعار، والرهون العقارية، والمتطلبات القانونية والمسائل ذات الصلة.

- Bachelor's Degree is A must.
- Presentable.
- Experience in Real Estate is a MUST.
- Communication skills.
- Good command of English & MS Office.
- 1-3 years of experience in selling properties.
- Negotiating and selling skills.
