Job Description
- The Teacher Assistant assists the Head Teacher in creating and teaching tailored curriculum using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
- Also in setting common principles and commitments to deliver quality early education and childcare experiences to all children. She/he will plan individual and group activities to stimulate growth in language, social, gross and fine motors and self-help manner.

- Planning and Organization.

- Patience in handling kids’ challenging behaviors according to Behaviors Modification manual.
- Being able to take prompt actions in situations independently.
- Passion in way of dealing with kids.
- Communication with children and parents.
