Job Description
- Is responsible for creating design solutions (ATL – BTL – New & Digital media).
- Listening to the responsible of marketing communication in order to know his / her needs exactly in terms of objectives, strategy, message and media to use before making design decisions.
- Works to a brief agreed with the marcom division head as well as the marketing manager, the brief should be clear, to the point and approved from all the concerned parties before start working.
- Is responsible also to develop creative ideas and concepts, sharing in choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the corporate objectives & needs, this in cooperation with the marcom division head and the marketing manager.
- Estimating the time required completing the work& jobs required from the marcom division, the time frame should be followed the work standards, planning time and the Weekly work flow (traffic controlling sheet).
- Build-up & set library of different media in terms of pictures, stell shots, videos, and images related to the company industry “ies”.
- Gathering information and data regarding the job required including best practice studies, equivalent campaign, relevant visuals, etc …
- Managing copy writers, story-boarders, flash developer, etc … and any technical third party.
- Working as part of a team with production, photographers, stylists, web developers.
- Working across the corporate (5 different entities including the corporate).
- Have to work closely with the production responsible if any (Procurement dept.) in order to set the printing specifications and to ensure the delivery of the final product as per the technical conditions set from the first beginning.
- Approve all the printed materials from technical & quality perspective after final delivery.
Job Requirements
