Job Description
- Providing general secretarial and administration support to the chairman & the office
- Organizing internal and external meetings and producing board meeting papers, agendas and facilities for meetings.
- Arranging appointments and maintain chairman calendar.
- Typing correspondences, memorandums, official letters, reports and receiving final documents for completeness accuracy and clearness
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone
- Establishing an effective filing system and retrieving data efficiently when needed.
- Planning and organizing special events, conferences and seminars that involve guests from all over the world.
- Undertaking travel arrangements, including arranging itinerary, visas, flight tickets and hotel reservations.
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Age between 25-40
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent word processing, shorthand Arabic, English
- Highly accurate with excellent attention to details.
- Great time management skills.
