Job Description

  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing system
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, events, and/or interviews.
  • Greet clients and candidates
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to departments including but not limited to data entry.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Run company’s errands
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Maintain office supplies for department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Law is a must, English or French section is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Presentability
  • Very good to fluent English
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS word, MS excel and MS Outlook a must
