Job Description
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing system
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, events, and/or interviews.
- Greet clients and candidates
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to departments including but not limited to data entry.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Run company’s errands
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Maintain office supplies for department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law is a must, English or French section is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience
- Presentability
- Very good to fluent English
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS word, MS excel and MS Outlook a must
