Job Description
- Review and analyze functional requirements, identify and correct gaps and inconsistencies.
- Create Estimation sheet, Test Plan, test cases & make sure that they are written in a descriptive, structured and understandable way.
- Execute adhoc testing which includes complex scenarios.
- Tracks the test cases execution error rate & raise flag on time.
- Follows up on bugs closure rate and rejection rate to take corrective action early enough.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to distinguish between high-value and low-value test cases based on objective criteria.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing is a must.
- Experience working with Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands-on experience with load and stress testing is a plus.
- Experience working in a Scrum environment is a plus.
- A strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adhering to Principles and Values.
- BSC of Computer Science is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of software testing methodology and best practices.
- 3 to 6 years of Experience in the software testing field.
