Job Description
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Conducts meeting with clients and makes presentation to them.
- Communicates with all internal departments and drives tasks for client requests.
- Conducts constant internal cross-department meetings for alignment.
- Follow up on internal process for complying with client requests till completion and delivery.
- Pro-actively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Reviews and aligns deliverables with clients’ requests and send it to clients to get the final approval.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
- Excellent MS Office.
