- Working for an international Real Estate company is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate/ Property Management Customer Service/ Support.
- He or She must have achieved high Customer Service levels/ satisfaction within the local or external markets.

- Possesses understanding of contemporary Customer
- Experience/ Satisfaction.
- Professional Problem Solving/ Conflict Resolution techniques.
- Knowledge of selling different types of property as an investment.
- Ability to achieve CS KPI.
- Team working and working under extreme pressure
