Job Description
- Registration of requirements of the purchasing.
- Establishing Suppliers Data Base.
- To ensure conformance to legal and internal and quality standards (IOS).
- To influence other colleagues wit in the company on procurement planning.
- Participating in the development of contract terms.
- Maintain solid relationships with suppliers.
- Performing markets Studies along with suppliers and procurement analysis.
- Acquiring proposals & Bidding from suppliers and negotiating them.
- Contracting and issuing purchase orders.
- Supply follow-up .
- Receiving follow-up.
- Quality & Quantity control.
- To support and ensure , as far as in practicable , that the company’ purchasing operations meet the standards.
- Managing raw materials and supplies stocks.
- Identify the settlements means of differences between the company and suppliers.
- Identification the proper ways of addressing the deficiencies in Supply.
- Review of purchase invoices.
- Conduct cost control measures and procedures.
- Performance of any job-related tasks assigned by direct manager/supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of commerce.
- At Least 5 years of experience in finance dep of private companies
- Experience working within government or public sector.
- Knowledge of accounting policies and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of budgeting, and accounting practices.
- Experienced in IT Procurement
- CPA, CFA, or similar certifications a plus.
- Excellent English.
