Job Description

  • Aggressive Sales Representative wanted to drive new business to burgeoning startup!
  • Crowd Analyzer is looking for smart, over-achieving, hardworking, lead-generating Sales Representatives.
  • This position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for working closely with the Marketing and Sales team in hunting and qualifying new sales leads. Success in this role allows for the potential to move into outside sales positions over time.
  • Candidates should have a desire to learn, willingness to be trained, and relentless passion in setting, pursuing and achieving assigned goals.
  • Measures of success include a high volume of new qualified leads, mapping Crowd Analyzer solutions to specific customer prospect requirements, new customer acquisition, and contribution to overall sales team pipeline and business success.
  • Must be articulate, ambitious, flexible and able to lead the conversation on Crowd Analyzer product suite and solutions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified targets and decision makers.
  • Drive new opportunities through an aggressive outbound calling program while documenting all activities in the company CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed established email and phone call quotas.
  • Strategically calling into prospect accounts to generate interest and educate potential customers with the value of Crowd Analyzer's product and services.
  • Understand and follow all current processes and protocol while leading the creation of new outreach tools, content and techniques.
  • Arranging well-qualified "next step" discussions for outside sales executives to close.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a tech/social media field.
  • Preferred experience with CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Determined on the phone with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable with making outbound efforts via phone and email to develop leads and set appointments
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Self-starter, team player, goal-oriented and extremely positive.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, ever-changing team environment
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
