About the Job
- Receiving and analyzing the customer’s requirements and reviewing the impact on business
- Prepare the project design, collaborate with architects during creation of architecture using our products in order to satisfy the customer’s needs
- Participate in the implementation of project, coaching a technical team and working closely with them to ensure proper delivery of products and services.
- Review the code, ensure a proactive knowledge transfer, help the team to follow best practices, adhering to standards
- Close co-operation with quality engineers to ensure quality of deliverables
- Active involvement in the continuous improvement of our processes, methods and tools
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- BS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ Years of experience in software development, with minimum 1 year as a team leader
- Strong experience in object oriented, application design and SOA principles
- Strong experience in enterprise Java including Servlets, JSPs, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, JPA and JTA
- Experience in open source technology including Spring, Hibernate, Apache CXF
- Experience in working with, designing and maintaining MySQL databases
- Knowledge of latest front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, Backbone, Marionette, HTML 5, CSS, Less) and server-side JavaScript (Node.js, HAPI) is a plus
- Knowledge of Mongo DB is a plus
- Knowledge of Grails/Groovy is a plus
- Good English communication skills
