Job Description
- Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Prepares reports by collecting information and make travel arrangements
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Develop and maintain a filing system with contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Maintains and protects operations by keeping information confidential
