Job Description

  • Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
  • Prepares reports by collecting information and make travel arrangements
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system with contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
  • Maintains and protects operations by keeping information confidential
