Job Description
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the company.
- Managing hotel inventory, hotel reservations and hotel contracting.
- Responsible for delivery of on ground services (transfers, excursions, activities).
- Handling customer escalations, if any.
- Managing payments to vendors and accounting.
