Job Description
- Familiar with working on Windows 2008 / Windows 2012 R2.
- A keen interest in networking and WAN technology
- Must be able to demonstrate a customer first approach to support
- Natural aptitude for trouble shooting & problem solving
- Have solid experience in a help desk or technical support environment
- Familiar with working on Windows 7/10 and office 2010 and Windows 2012 R2.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor 4 years degree, with a technical major, such as Engineering or Computer Science.
- More than 6 Months to 2 years of experience
Be qualified to at least one of the following levels:
- Cisco certified network associate (CCNA)
- Microsoft certified solutions associate (MCSA)
