Job Description

  • Familiar with working on Windows 2008 / Windows 2012 R2.
  • A keen interest in networking and WAN technology 
  • Must be able to demonstrate a customer first approach to support 
  • Natural aptitude for trouble shooting & problem solving 
  • Have solid experience in a help desk or technical support environment
  • Familiar with working on Windows 7/10 and office 2010 and Windows 2012 R2.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor 4 years degree, with a technical major, such as Engineering or Computer Science.
  • More than 6 Months to 2 years of experience

Be qualified to at least one of the following levels: 

  • Cisco certified network associate (CCNA) 
  • Microsoft certified solutions associate (MCSA)
