Job Description

  • Developing & generating new business within the scope of ocean freight FCL, LCL, Airfreight to clients across all industry sectors.
  • Responsible for the managing and handling of RFQ response documents for Contract logistics business.
  • Identify and lead business growth opportunities within existing client base through analysis of systems.
  • Manage the commercial relationship and lead contract negotiations with existing forwarding clients as their main point of contact.
  • Maintain close working relationships.
  • Develops and implements customer contact plan across all levels of customers.
  • Participate in service presentations to clients on a regular basis and become involved in key business community forums. 
  • Market & Rates procurement, analysis.
  • Monitoring shipment process.
  • Creating standard procedure for each customer.
  • Conducting market survey on forwarding business.
  • Develop / follow sales strategies and directions.
  • Ensure sales process and standards are adhered to and met with company standards & procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Excellent command of both written & speaking English.
