Job Description

  • Responsible for redecorating the office and purchasing all the required equipment and stationary needed to establish a professional working atmosphere.
  • Establish office documentation system by controlling correspondences, designing filing systems, assigning and monitoring secretarial functions.
  • Initiating team building activities and exercises in order to instill teamwork ethics and principles within employees.
  • Responsible for Workforce planning and employment, completing organization’s recruiting strategy, interviewing and examining applicants.
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Conducting orientation program for new applicants in order to introduce the company’s profile, per-qualifications and the nature of works.
  • Responsible for conducting training sessions for employees and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Establishing and applying evaluation systems for employees and determining key performance indicators (KPI) suitable for the organization.
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and conflicts among employees.

Job Requirements

  • We look for dynamic and energetic office manager / HR specialist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our team.
  • Must possess Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources management or any related major.
  • He/ she must have a minimum experience of 3 years in the same field.
  • Must possess a charismatic personality, capable of working under pressure and multitasking.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Excellent computer and presentation skills.
