Job Description
Job Duties:
- Visit site and take measurements as needed
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Estimating needed Materials and ensures that all of them used and work performed is as per specifications
- Overseeing installation process and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Returning back the equipment and excess materials in site
- Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and supervisors and monitoring the site labor force involved in the project
- Making sure installation completed in order to meet agreed deadlines
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical power Engineering (preferably AC project)
- Must have experience at least 4 years as HVAC site engineer
- Expert in Revit , AutoCAD
- Must have valid Driving License and a car
- Well-developed time management required to undertake multiple projects
- Proficient use of Microsoft MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site
