Job Description
- Communicating & Deal directly with clients by phone, e-mail and face to face.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain any problem they may have.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment
Following up to ensure resolution Coordinate with other departments to Solve Customers' Complaints. - Handling customer's complaints & Following up with the customers.
- Keeping computer records and files up to date.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Degree
- Prefer from Construction or Real Estate Back Ground.
- 1-3 years of experience in same field.
- Hard worker
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Excellent command of English
