Job Description

  • Communicating & Deal directly with clients by phone, e-mail and face to face.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Route calls to appropriate resource.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain any problem they may have.
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment
    Following up to ensure resolution Coordinate with other departments to Solve Customers' Complaints.
  • Handling customer's complaints & Following up with the customers.
  • Keeping computer records and files up to date.

Job Requirements

  • BSc. Degree
  • Prefer from Construction or Real Estate Back Ground.
  • 1-3 years of experience in same field.
  • Hard worker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Friendly respectful and trust worthy.
  • The ability to solve problem
