Job Description
Our client is located in GCC ,Our operation will be in Cairo.
Working for the contact center which guys have experience in VPN - VOIP .
- Support all software that we have in Call Center
- know all telecommunications services.
- use VPN - VOIP
- Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service oriented manner.
- Setup, management, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Company Computers’ Hardware and Software, Printers, and Networks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related study
- Experience: 0-3 years in IT Field
- VPN - VOIP Connection
- work as Part time .
- Excellent Network Deployment and Trouble-shooting skills
- Experience with Operating Systems (Win XP,7, 8) and MS Office
- Experience with Computer Hardware Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
- Computer Skills: Word – Excel – Access – PowerPoint
- Good Command of English Language
