Job Description
- Maintain the quality reports at various stage and implementation on the quality stage by stage
- Responsible for the entire quality function.
- To ensure that the QC file maintained and updated
- To ensure that all components of the product are tested and approved in writing.
- Ensure that the orders are delivered as per quality standards.
- Monitor buyer standards and ensure minimal rejects prior to the external final inspection.
- Taking care of complaint tracker and ensuring all replies are sent within the same day or maximum within 24 hours .
- Highlight and act upon any deviations from prescribed quality standards and will develop, maintain and implement quality systems, processes and procedures.
- Responsible for the correct dispatch with correct invoices.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Applied Arts (Fabrics or Textile)
- 1-4 years experience in retail fashion.
- Knowledge of Quality Parameters adopted for above product line.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Excellent in MS applications.
