About the Job
- Knowledge of key holiday and honeymoon destinations outside Egypt.
- Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request.
- Prepare all hotel reservation and follow up its time limit and cancellation policies.
- Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request.
- Provide customers - via direct interface, phone or e-mail with all information inquired by them.
- Reserve tickets and align with time limits policies.
- Receive and handle customers’ complaints and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Reporting sales goals in accordance with development plan.
- Producing activity reports
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Maintains quality service

Job Requirements
- Excellent general information about touristic locations, capital of counties, etc...
- Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
- Good English Language Level (writing –understanding).
- Amadeus or Travel-port previous experience is a must.
- Full Commitment is required.
- Prefer near Heliopolis residence.
