Job Description

We are searching on Senior Travel Counselor will be responsible for 

  • Review all daily tickets according to call to be sure of procedures and quick discovery for reservation agents errors.
  • Making exchanges , refunds and solve all problems that may face customer till end of their trips which cannot solved by agents
  • ensuring of completion of transactions to be accurate and with no negative financial impact to client or company such as (ADM), Net money Remit Errors , Ticketing errors, General accuracy with information eg. Passport & visa, quotes
    Interact with clients over Phone, Email, social media and Life chat.
  • Handle outbound holidays packages for group and individual.
  • Dealing with all hotels booking systems.
  • Issuing travel insurance
  • Provide superior customer service and help customer to select the right hotel over different travel destinations.
  • Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of vouchers.
  • Drawing up complicated & tailored travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met.
  • Making arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities outbound travel.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Min 2-3 Previous experience in team leader/supervisory role
  • Previous experience within a financial institution
  • Prefer Previous experience Call center environment and communications systems
  • Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel).
  • Able to understand complex fare computations and itineraries work flow and processes
  • Knowledge of B2C, B2B
  • Excellent knowledge of BSP reports and public errors , ADM,ACM,MCO, …etc.
  • Knowledge of key holiday destinations
  • Independence and  ability to handle problems into voice
  • Should have experience into Visa's 
  • Excellent communications & customer service skills which provide solutions and meet clients concerns.
  • Communicate effectively , both written and verbally and have excellent listening and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure& Multi Tasking.
  • Attention/ Eye for detail
