We are looking for experienced and passionate captain support coordinators who are looking forward to revolutionize the Egyptian transportation industry
You will be required to….
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all captains on our system
- Constant communication with Careem captains
- Be the focal point for all help and support required for Careem captains
- Ensure our captains follow Careem customer standards
- Provide all necessary support to ensure our operations run smoothly

- Good at driving relationships - both with captains and their companies
- Strong communicators – can communicate to captains our systems and processes
- Persuasive – they are able to communicate our value proposition to captains
- Highly organized – they are able to drive and implement strong processes
- Technology aware – they are able to grasp our technology and systems
- Able to work under pressure
- Fluent in Arabic and have basic English (Verbal and Written)
