About The Job
Estmrarya Management Consulting is looking for a number of Business Continuity Consultant who will be based in Smart Village, Egypt and become part of the highly efficient and professional team. Reporting to Operations Manager.
As the Consultant, Business Continuity, you will be in charge of the execution of Business Continuity Consulting activities for assigned areas in Middle East and North Africa, as well as support and lead aspects of the ISMS and ICT Disaster Recovery programs.
Your Prime Responsibilities Would Entail
- Maintains the Business Continuity projects within intended scope, budget, and schedule
- To identify the process required for BCMS and QMS.
- Having consulting experience or worked in industry with the primary responsibility of managing Business Continuity
- Strategies, plan and execute Business Continuity arrangements and Disaster Recovery infrastructure
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis and determine recovery requirements / objectives
- Compare and redesign the Business Resilience and Recovery infrastructure to suit the business requirements
- Document, manage and maintain the Business continuity plans and procedures
- Provide Recovery test strategy and guidelines
- Has worked on Business continuity tools and technologies and others.
- Manage the implementation, track and report progress of planned activities related to ISO 22301 certification projects,
- Participate in the development of BCMS based on ISO 22301 standards and help the clients achieve certifications,
- Develop policies, procedures and framework and conduct annual reviews,
- Participate in business development activities including prospecting and other pre-sales related functions,
- Participate in developing and delivering technical presentation, awareness and training programs to clients
Job Requirements
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably but not necessarily in information security, computer science, engineering or similar field
- About 2-3 years of related experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Expertise in Business Continuity relevant industry standards and good practice, such as ISO 22301, BCI GPG , DRII PP, etc.
- Certifications such as ISO 22301 LA/LI, AMBCI, ABCP, PRINCE2 and ITIL are advantageous
- Good understanding of Business Continuity Management and IT/Operations processes
- Advanced written and verbal communications, both English and Arabic.
- Advanced resource and task planning skills
- Strong report-writing skills, with ability to create and organize varying forms of business information while developing it into cohesive, meaningful, professional reports and presentations
- Strong team player
- Willingness to travel 50%
