Job Description
- Handles and organizes all daily correspondences between related SME agent and concerned internal parties to ensure smooth and effective work flow.
- Maintains updated daily and weekly records for customers and sales visits according to the agreed SLA to highlight sales activities and targets progress.
- Act as a focal point of contact with other internal departments (Fraud, Account Management, Back Office, Corporate Collection...Etc) to secure planned work progress.
- Increase SME customers’ base and explore potential business opportunities in line with department’s sales objectives.
- Supports related SME agent through closing profitable deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Conducts daily visits with SME agents’ sales teams to highlight progress in existing and new SME accounts.
- Resolves and minimizes SME accounts problems to improve sales performance and realize sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- Minimum 1 years of experience.
- Computer skills is a must, especially MS excel and power point.
- Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (Reading, Writing & Oral).
