Internship Description
- Feedback and enhancement of online marketing messages and strategies
- Holding focus groups to understand customer pains that we should stress on in our marketing messages
- Get top 20 media pages/partners/influencers to talk about ElRe7la and the event (but also set measure of press effectiveness clicks, signups, shares and shows)
- Partner with outreach locations and retailers to put elre7la marketing material
- Build the list of key community partnerships to form and approach these networks with large communities e.g. cairo runners, startup travels, eventtus, student clubs
- How can we scale? How do we get to viral growth as a startup? Research expansion and revenue models/stories of: Impact Hub, sandbox, fail con, Startup Weekend, GEW, Startup Grind, TEDx, FUNights, AIESEC, max30, crossfit, curves.
- Update our similar initiativecomparison matrix - in terms of size, goals, products, marketing strategies and any other relevant traits and update the marketing campaign ideas and inspiration images and agenda
- Managing communications with ELRe7la alumni and fanpage on our social media account
- Fill in missing names and links in elre7la marketing and outreach invitee target list
- Creation of the bi-weekly newsletter
- Map top events of the year per industry: Cairo ICT
- Do a survey of those who marked attending at our events but didn’t end up going
- Other assignments can be developed based on your interests too...
Internship Requirements
Commitment needed:
- Business writing skills
- Research skills
- + Attend at least 2 team meetings per month
We will have a development program with interns joining us where every week for 4 weeks we will hold a workshop to share with you a core skill we learnt in our own journey in growing our idea and bringing
